BVNW students evacuated the building this morning due to a fire alarm. According to Blue Valley project manager Kent Andersen, a water leak in the senior bathrooms is the suspected cause of the alarm.

Senior Emily Staples was a photographer for one year and is now the photo editor for The Express and BVNWnews.com. She is involved in NHS, Quill and Scroll National Honor Society for High School Journalists and PEEPs. She likes bath bombs and Bernie Sanders, and her favorite part of newspaper is the dance parties.
Senior Natasha Vyhovsky was a writer and reporter for one year, the news editor for one year and is now the editor-in-chief of The Express and BVNWnews.com. She attends Political Science Club meetings when she can, and she is a member of Quill and Scroll National Honor Society for High School Journalists. She likes poetry, coffee, 80's synthpop, horoscopes, Portlandia, The Washington Post, equality and questioning the system.
